Terms And Conditions

No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not allowed in the vehicle if any passenger is under the legal drinking age. Your ride will be terminated and all fees forfeited if any minor is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If limousine service is canceled for any reason, all deposits and fees are nonrefundable.
Payment is due at the time passengers are picked up.
Delays due to weather conditions, traffic, accidents or any unforeseeable act of God are not Ryan & Riley Limousine's responsibility.
There is no smoking allowed in any Ryan & Riley Limousine vehicle.
Any damages to the vehicle inside or out caused by unruly patrons will not be tolerated and are cause for immediate termination of the ride with forfeiture of all fees.
A two hundred dollar fee will be added to any rider who vomits in any Ryan & Riley vehicle. This is a per occurrence fee and is a clean up charge above and beyond any damage costs.
Ryan & Riley Limousine employees may terminate or refuse service to any passenger as they deem necessary for unruly behavior or breaking of any laws, and no refunds will be given.
Ryan & Riley Limousine is not responsible for any items left in any vehicle. This includes but is not limited to cash, jewelry, laptop computers, luggage, MP3 players, and cell phones. Please make sure you take everything with you that you came with.
